Warcraft stats priority for a Warrior

This is a rough guide for those that are unsure which secondary/enhancement stats are best for your warrior, based on data from leading sites like Icy-Veins and WoWhead. (Currently updated to patch 6.2/6.22). It will also tell you what gems, enchants and food buff is probably best to be using. If you know of any other good web sites specifically aimed at this class please do let me know via comments.

Stat priority for a Fury Warrior: Crit (… of the Decimator / Fireflash /(Peerless))
Haste (to 11%) > Critical Strike (to 25%/30%) > Mastery > Haste (to 18%) > Critical Strike > Multistrike > Haste (over 18%) > Versatility
(Icy veins: Fury)
Critical Strike (to 30%) > Mastery > Haste > Multi > Versatility
(Mr Robot: Fury)
Critical Strike > Mastery > Haste > Multistrike > Versatility
(Wowhead: Fury)
Critical Strike > Haste >= Mastery > Multistrike > Versatility
(Noxxic: Fury)

Mr Robot comments that "you want enough Crit to keep a high enrage uptime".

Stat priority for an Arms Warrior: Crit (… of the Decimator / Peerless)
Critical Strike > Mastery > Multistrike > Haste > Versatility
(Icy veins: Arms)
Critical Strike > Mastery > Multistrike > Versatility > Haste
(Mr Robot: Arms)
Critical Strike > Multistrike > Mastery > Versatility > Haste
(Wowhead: Arms)
Critical Strike >= Mastery > Multistrike > Versatility > Haste
(Noxxic: Arms)
Stat priority for a Protection Warrior: Bonus Armor / Mastery (… of the Noble / Savant)
Bonus Armor > Mastery > Critical Strike = Versatility > Haste > Multistrike
(Icy veins: Protection)
Bonus Armor > Mastery > Strength > Stamina > Critical Strike > Versatility > rest
(Mr Robot: Proct)
Bonus Armor > Mastery > Critical Strike > Versatility > Haste (very low) > Multistrike (very low)
(Wowhead: Proct)
Stamina > Bonus Armor >= Armor > Versatility > Strength >= Mastery >= Critical Strike > Haste >= Multistrike
(Noxxic: Proct)

Like WoWhead, on their page Icy veins note that Haste and Multistrike are of extremely low value as stats. e.g. If you have tank gear with it on, replace it as soon as possible.

As with all tank, do not bother with stamina unless it’s so low it is a problem. Unlike Wrath, WoD relies on bonus armor for tank resilience.
