Warcraft stats priority for a Monk

This is a rough guide for those that are unsure which secondary/enhancement stats are best for your monk, based on data from leading sites like Icy-Veins and WoWhead. (Currently updated to patch 6.2/6.22). It will also tell you what food buff is probably best to be using. If you know of any other good web sites specifically aimed at this class please do let me know via comments.

Stat priority for a Windwalker Monk: Multistrike (… of the Relentless / (Deft/Strategist))
Multistrike > Versatility > Critical Strike > Haste > Mastery
(Icy veins: Windwalker, if using Serenity )
Haste > Multistrike > Versatility > Critical Strike > Mastery
(Icy veins: Windwalker, if using Chi Explosion)
Multistrike (to 59%) > Haste >= Versatility > Critical Strike > Mastery
(Mr Robot: Windwalker, two-handed weapon and Serenity Talent)
Multistrike (59%) > Versatility > Haste >= Critical Strike > Mastery(Mr Robot: Windwalker, dual wielding, with Serenity as their tier 7 talent.)
Multistrike > Versatility >= Critical Strike > Haste > > Mastery
(Wowhead: Windwalker, if using Serenity)
Multistrike > Haste >= Versatility >= Critical Strike > Mastery
(Wowhead: Windwalker, if using Chi Explosion)
Multistrike >= Critical Strike > Versatility >= Haste > Mastery
(Noxxic)

Like WoWhead, Icy veins make a distinction with regard to build choice, saying, "The stat priority depends on whether you are using Serenity or Chi Explosion as your tier 7 talent"
As can be seen, Mr Robot also makes the distinction of whether dual-wielding or using a two-handed weapon.

Stat priority for a Mistweaver Monk: Multistrike (… of the Relentless / Savage(/Herald))
Multistrike > Critical Strike > Versatility > Haste > Mastery
(Icy veins: Mistweaver)
Spirit (to 3500) > Multistrike > Critical Strike > Versatility > Haste > Mastery /span>
(Mr Robot: Mistweaver)
Spirit > Multistrike > Haste > Critical Strike > Versatility > Mastery
(Wowhead: Mistweaver)
Multistrike > Critical Strike > Versatility > Haste > Mastery > Spirit
(Noxxic: Mistweaver)
Multistrike > Critical Strike > Spirit > Versatility > Haste > Mastery
(WoWHealing)

As with all healers, only bother with spirit if you run out of mana at all. If you don’t, it is rarely a priority at all. While Mr Robot do assign a maximum value to spirit (at 3,500) they also clarify, saying "Place a cap on Spirit at the level you are comfortable with"
Take my Warlock, who uses mana. The tooltip says, "You gain no benefit from this stat"
For my Mistweaver, the tooltip simply states "Mana regeneration in combat …", followed by a figure. There is no benefit at all beyond this regeneration tick.

Stat priority for a Brewmaster Monk: Bonus Armor / Mastery (… of the Noble)
Bonus Armor > Mastery > Critical Strike > Versatility > Multistrike = Haste
(Icy veins: Brewmaster)
Bonus Armor > Mastery > Agility > Stamina > Versatility > Critical Strike > Haste
(Mr Robot: Brewmaster, two-handed weapon, survival)
Bonus Armor > Mastery > Agility > Stamina > Versatility > Critical Strike > Haste
(Mr Robot: Brewmaster, dual wielding) (Separate page, same stats)
Bonus Armor >>> Mastery > Critical Strike = Multistrike > Versatility >>> Haste
(Wowhead: Brewmaster)
Stamina > Armor > Bonus Armor > Mastery > Versatility > Agility > Critical Strike > Haste > Multistrike
(Noxxic: Brewmaster)
