Wot, no doctors? Not on a weekend, chum!
I was supposed to see the urology department "urgently" for tests and a CT-Scan but that was three days ago…

[ Months later the Chief Executive claimed this was because the scanner was actually broke, bad form that no-one bothered to tell me, or anyone else involved ]
I ask you!
