Update May 2005
The sad news is - apart from removing dead links - I'll never update this section again…
The good news is that this is because I am developing a new, dedicated, site that will make this collection pale into significance and crawl into a dark corner to hide in shame. I won't say more yet, but a number of major companies have expressed an interest in this project.
I won't have the site to dedicate to it for a few months yet, but when I do, it will be worth the wait.

It doesn't seem possible, especially given the sheer number of new start-up, casualties and corporate takeovers but I will try and list every OEM computer manufacturer in the world on this page. Please do let me know of any broken links.
Incidentally, to qualify any comments, I've been in this game over twenty years as box shifter, as a purchasing director and as a consultant and am / have been an authorised reseller for a number of manufacturers including:
AMD, APC, Apple, Compaq, Creative (CAP), Epson, HP, Intel (IPI), Mitsubishi, and Panasonic
Manufacturers wanting adding to the list, or an entry updating, please ask, t'is free. If you want to send me something for a completely unbiased review, just email me with details and I'll get right back to you.

I am currently giving this section another overhaul and check. Up to Cases so far, though Memory had a full overhaul too.
When I'm done I'll break it up for ease and maybe redo everything within a search engine. I will also alphabetise it, but without commentaries. At present it's 39 printed pages. I suspect the finished section will rather exceed 100 pages...
Don't take this as read, but the last update was on or after: August 2003 when we had over 1,300 individual links to manufacturer's - and a depressing number of dead links with folk going the wall or being swallowed...
Vendors and bigger resellers might want to keep mid May free for the 'System Builders Summit (2003), held in Monte Carlo
Another good one for trade to bookmark is : IT Europa
They sell a list of the 1,500 top distributors (in 41 countries) for £2,950.
Ooooh. Now is a good time to rethink putting ALL my resources online for free! Nah!
